What is your booking process?

Start with filling out our enquiry form. We will get back to you to let you know if we are available for your date and next arrange a consultation call with Holly to discuss your venue and any ideas you may already have re colour scheme and flower choices.

Next we will work on a mood board and, where necessary, mock up ideas for specific arrangements, to give you an idea of what your flowers will look like. If you are happy with the mood board we will then confirm numbers and put together a quote. The quote will be valid for 30 days and we will send an invoice for the 20% deposit to secure us as your wedding florist.

We can stay in touch until your wedding day as we know visions might change or develop. Minor changes or additions can be made up to 6 weeks prior to your day when we will have a call to confirm logistics and any last minute details. Full payment is required 30 days prior to your wedding day.

We will then see you at your wedding when we come to set everything up!

Where are you based?

We have studios in Fulham, London and Edenbridge, Kent, with most of our weddings being produced out of our Edenbridge studio due to the proximity to our flower farm. We cover surrounding areas in Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London and are happy to travel. Our workshops are either hosted in Edenbridge or we can come to your house/office.

What is the Minimum Spend?

Our minimum spend for 2027 weddings is £2500. We are also able to cater to smaller weddings during certain summer months with a minimum spend of £800 with collections from Edenbridge. Please get in touch if you’d like to hear more about this.

What can I expect on the wedding day?

During planning we will liaise with the venue about set up time. It is likely we will deliver any personal flowers before we start setting up at the venue. We will then begin setting up your ceremony and reception florals. If previously agreed, we can move your flowers after the ceremony and repurpose them for the reception.

We will then clear away all flowers either the night of the wedding or the morning after, whatever is requested by your venue. On your quote there will be a fee for set up and delivery, this will be relevant to the size and location of your wedding and will reflect whether we need to book extra freelancers, vans, accommodation etc.

Where do you source your flowers?

We run a small scale flower farm so hopefully a large majority of your flowers will come from here or other local farms. We do try to use British flowers and foliage in all of our weddings in some capacity, in peak summer this might mean your whole wedding is British but during the shoulder seasons we may have some flowers from our trusted suppliers in Holland. This varies with time of year, colour palette and location.

If you are interested in having 100% British flowers we would love to help you achieve this and it is something we can discuss together. Our primary objective is to source the best flowers available at any given season but always focusing on the growing seasons and championing British flowers.

Wholesale Flowers for florists and DIY brides

Between May - October we do offer wholesale flowers for florists as well as DIY wedding buckets for couples wanting to create their own flowers. These can be collected from Edenbridge or delivered locally. Mixed buckets start at £65 each and can cater towards your colour palette.

Do you offer wedding packages?

We don’t offer wedding packages as it's very important to us that each wedding is completely bespoke from the moodboard to the final product. All elements are tailored towards you and your partner, taking into account the time of year and venue. We help to create a day that really reflects you and your personalities and we feel that a one size fits all package can’t achieve this!

How can we book a workshop?

We offer a variety of different workshops, always run by Holly, so please do get in touch and we can discuss which would suit you best. These vary from flower arranging workshops to Christmas wreath making. Workshops suit corporate clients as well as hen dos, birthday parties etc. We are happy to come to you and host the workshop in your home or office and for smaller workshops, it may be possible to host these in my studio. If you are interested in a 1-1 workshop we can absolutely arrange this and would start with a quick call to discuss what you would like to learn, whether that be bouquet making or sustainable floristry mechanics, among many other options!
